Vocalist and Guitarist 'Robb Flynn' of metal group 'Machine Head' had his house in California robbed yesterday.
The frontman was away from his home for just two hours when the house was broken into and the items stolen.

On the official 'Machine Head' blog 'Robb Flynn' wrote: 'between the hours of 1:15 PM and 3:15 PM while I was picking my son up from school, my house (which is located in the Martinez/Virginia Hills area of California) was broken into and many priceless items were stolen'.

Amongst the items stolen from the house were jewellery and four guitars. Three of the guitars were specifically very close to the frontman: One being the album 'Burn my Eyes' was recorded with, a guitar that was a gift from 'Dimebag Darrel', and the other a guitar Robb bought for his child.

The frontman also went on to state ' am offering a $1,000 reward for the return of the Black Ibanez strat along with many stickers, a "Designated Drinker" sticker. Additionally I am also offering a $2,000 reward for the safe return of the blue Washburn Dimebolt prototype'.

The rapper made the 'Halo' hitmaker's 29th birthday party on Saturday (04.09.10) one to remember by hiring out New York eatery The Darby, where the couple were joined by celebrity pals Kayne West, P Diddy, Serena Williams and Alicia Keys.

An insider told the New York Post newspaper: 'Jay brought a six-layer cake out for Beyonce, they were really affectionate. Cassidy played Stevie Wonder's 'Happy Birthday'. The party went on until 6 am.

'Both Jay and Beyonce's moms were there, but there was no sign of her father or her sister. Diddy was the last to leave. Jay filled the room with orchids."

Earlier this week, it was claimed Lady Gaga had splashed out thousands of dollars on a custom-made diamond whip and matching underwear set as a birthday gift for the singer, which she presented to her backstage at Jay-Z's concert in Detroit last week.

A source explained: 'Gaga wanted to give her something special. The whip was made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather. When Beyonce received it she squealed with excitement.'

According to MediaTakeOut.com, porn star Alana Evans explained via Twitter (@AlanaEvansXXX) that she was raped by a man at McKnight�s home during a party in December of 2008, while he was absent � but his two teenage sons were present. Evans stated she went to the police, who refused to file a report.

�On December 16, 2008 I was raped by their friend in the maids quarters of Mcknights home � LAPD refused to file charges,� she tweeted. �I�ve been quiet way too long at it- f*** them- not anymore- more women are raped everyday and the police don�t help- why? Cuz boys lie�

Brian McKnight responded to the allegations in a statement released by RadarOnline.

�We take the accusations made by Ms. Evans very seriously,� McKnight said in a statement. �I was made aware of a party at my house in my absence in December of 2008. I was in NYC, and both my boys (ages 15 & 17 at that time) were at the house with some friends. I can confirm that Ms. Evans was in fact at the house, as I discovered she provided some of the liquor. Being as I was not home at the time, I cannot speak absolutely regarding all the events of the evening, however my sons did inform me that due to Ms. Evans level of intoxication, that they placed her alone in a bedroom so she could �sleep it off.� The next morning Ms. Evans stayed and socialized at the house until approximately 2PM.�

McKnight stated that two days after the party the porn star contacted the police, who entered his home and questioned his entire family.

�The police concluded that no rape had occurred, and no charges were ever filed. This information is all part of the official police report. Rape is a very serious matter, and not something we take lightly. I truly hope that Ms. Evans was not discriminated by the police because of her profession. I believe that the police concluded simply that no crime had taken place.�

Since this statement, the man who is specifically accused of raping Evans according to her Twitter, Nicholas Hayes, has not been banned from McKnight�s home. According to porn star Evans, the LAPD refused to press charges because of her profession.
�LAPD did nothing because I am a pornstar- so I guess that makes me less of a human to them,� Evan wrote. �It just really hurt that they (lapd) wouldn�t help me- law says there�s is no consent when a woman is intoxicated- but it didn�t matter � The pig told the cops I was drunk- that I said I was horny and consented so the rape kit didn�t even matter.�

Executives from Atlantic, Block Entertainment, and Entertainment One have sealed the deal on Gorilla Zoe�s new album, �King Kong, � which will release on October 26th.

Zoe�s current label, Block Entertainment, recently completed contract negotiations that will partner Block Ent/Atlantic Records with Entertainment One. Block Ent. CEO, Russell �Block� Spencer, had this to say regarding the new partnership: �A new era of Block Entertainment is launching through my partnership with Entertainment One and Atlantic. Gorilla Zoe is first up on my team to takeover with his third solo album, King Kong.�

Previously, Block is responsible for the Boyz N Da Hood LP �Back Up in Da Chevy�, Young Joc�s �New Joc City� and Hustlenomics, as well as Gorilla Zoe�s solo albums. He also completed a partnership with music mogul Sean �Diddy� Combs for a multi-million-dollar label deal between Bad Boy South and Block Entertainment in 2006.

Arsonists Get All The Girls has announced plans to headline a fall U.S. tour. The trek will also feature Ion Dissonance, Within the Ruins, And Hell Followed With, Structures, and Destruction of a Rose.

Garin Rosen (drums) comments: "We are happy to announce the Portals tour! This will be our second and last headlining tour in support of our album Portals, in which we will play songs off all three albums and also some songs we have never had a chance to play live. Joining us will be Ion Dissonance, Within the Ruins, And Hell Followed With, Structures and Destruction of a Rose, all of whom are hard working bands who have something special to bring to the table. After our headliner we are going to lock ourselves once again in a practice spot and create our next collective effort. Metallica has checked in with the following announcement about releasing the "Six Feet Down Under" EP in celebration of the band's trek to Australia and New Zealand:

"We're getting psyched up for our return to Australia and New Zealand next week. It's been six long years since we've visited and we're ready to throw down! The nice people at Universal Music were so darn excited that they actually suggested that we release something special to commemorate this last run of World Magnetic tour dates, so ta-da we present the 'Six Feet Down Under' limited edition EP! Coming to Trans-Tasman record stores and also at the Metallica.com Store on September 20.

"Here's the story. The collective brain trust came up with what we thought might be a kinda fun idea. How about some live recordings from each time we have been lucky enough to visit the area? It was all well and good until we realized that we did not start making multi-track recordings of every show until 2004... oops! But you guys, the fans, came to our rescue with some pretty decent bootleg options and we trimmed those down to two songs from each tour in 1989, 1993, 1998, and 2004. In digging a little deeper, it occurred to us that we had tracks that had never before been released as 'live b-sides' (we're not counting the bonus songs on i-Tunes, okay?) and that that added to the adventure of pulling it all together.

"Be gentle with us. A few of these songs are, well, we'll say 'rough,' which may be an understatement!! They do, however, capture the live moments and hopefully you'll have as much fun listening as we did playing on those nights."

As was previously announced, Mike Portnoy has decided to leave Dream Theater after 25 years with the band. Dream Theater has now issued the following statement regarding Portnoy's departure:

"To all of our loyal fans and friends: It is with profound sadness -- regret -- we announce that Mike Portnoy, our lifelong drummer and friend, has decided to leave Dream Theater. Mike's stature in the band has meant the world to all of us professionally, musically, and personally over the years. There is no dispute: Mike has been a major force within this band.

"While it is true that Mike is choosing to pursue other ventures and challenges, we can assure you
that Dream Theater will continue to move forward with the same intensity -- and in the same musical tradition -- that you have all helped make so successful, and which is truly gratifying to us. Tattoo artist-to-the-stars Kat Von D has fallen head over heels for TV mechanic Jesse James, confessing she's already "in love" with Sandra Bullock's cheating ex after just weeks of dating. The inked-up couple was first romantically linked in August when revelers spotted the pair enjoying a night out in Las Vegas.

Von D confirmed the news of the romance in a post on her Twitter.com page, telling her followers, "Yes, Jesse and I are dating", before deleting the message soon afterwards. And the reality TV stars have since gone public with their relationship, posing together for cameras on Thursday night, September 2 when they attended the opening of Von D's Wonderland gallery in Hollywood.

Von D, who split from rocker Nikki Sixx earlier this summer, now reveals she's fallen hard for James. She tells People.com, "Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don't hang out with anybody unless I am in love." When asked if she believes James is the one for her, she says, "I believe he is, so yeah."

And the celebrity tattooist insists she has paid little attention to the cheating scandal that ended James' marriage to actress Bullock. She adds, "I stayed away from that as much as possible, and when we connected recently, it was such a positive thing.
